She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. for 39 years, 40 years in April 2022. She is currently an active member of St. Louis Metropolitan Alumni Chapter, of DST, and is servicing on the Reclamation and Retention committee. Soror Durham, is Founder/ Broker/ Owner of St. Louis Metro, Realtors, with more than 29 years in the Real Estate Industry and 20 years as Broker of STL Metro, Realtors. She has been able to acquire a vast amount of knowledge and experience, while being awarded many Top Sales and management awards. She has worked for multiple nationally known franchise companies as Century 21 and ReMax where she broke many racial and top sales performance records for many years. Soror Durham, opened and managed 2, St Louis Metro, Realtors, locations managing 90 + agents and giving minority agents the opportunity to received valuable and supportive help in the St. Louis and IL Real Estate market.

Ivy Grant is a 2013 Alumna of The Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University in Tallahassee, Fl. While at FAMU she received her B.S. Degree in Graphic Design from the School of Journalism & Graphic Communication. She also received her M.Ed. Degree in Elementary Education from The University of Missouri-St. Louis in 2015. Ivy is a 2013 Corps Member of Teach for America in St. Louis where she taught in the St. Louis City Public School system until May 2018. Ivy is a second-generation Realtor and has been licensed in real estate for 7 years in Missouri. She is currently working as a full-time Realtor/Broker licensed in both Missouri and Illinois. She is the Broker Associate of St. Louis Metro Realtors, which is her family-owned brokerage of 19 years. Ivy enjoys educating and providing resources to clients looking to buy or sell their homes. Ivy is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and in her spare time she loves to spend time with family and friends. She also spends many hours giving back to my community by hosting community beautification projects, volunteering with the Urban League, Almost Home, and Ready Readers just to name a few. Quenesha Catron is the epitome of a compassionate, dedicated, servant leader. Her desire to help people is what initially brought her to Real Estate.

A graduate of Clayton High School, Quenesha attended Tennessee State University majoring in Business. After college, she became a licensed real estate agent. Quenesha began seeking out resources to help educate prospective homeowners; her search led her to The Urban League where she worked in partnership with the League’s housing department to expand its homebuyer education program. After two years of volunteering every week, she was offered and accepted a position at the Urban League as a Housing Counselor working in the Jennings Outreach Center.

Quenesha’s quiet but firm and authoritative leadership style earned her a reputation for being the quintessential “go to” leader for Urban League relief operations and has kept her close to the community and its needs. Quenesha has worked hard to be the “Community Realtor” and advocate for those that need the extra assistance to be successful with the home buying process.

A dedicated wife to Terrance and proud mother of two girls, Terran and Tristan, Quenesha enjoys spending time with her active family.

Blaire has lived in Houston for over 10 years and is proud to call the “Bayou City” her home.

She is well rounded, having worked in both the oil and gas industry and non profit sector as an accountant, prior to becoming a Realtor. Her work experience has given her the opportunity to build an extensive network and form close relationships with local businesses and people in the community. It’s only natural for Blaire to combine her business experience to develop a successful Real Estate business.

My name is Paula Walker. I am a real estate professional with a passion for helping others achieve their home buying dreams.

In my practice of real estate I am well known for great customer service, consistent communication, strong negotiation skills and attention to details to ensuring a positive experience for all parties in a transaction: buyers or sellers as well inspectors, mortgage and title companies. My approach to any transaction is “it is about making the clients happy”. During the years from 2003-2010 I helped hundreds of families purchase homes as a part-time agent. In the interim I went back to school to complete a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Business Management. The knowledge gained has been a tremendous boost to my business.
